Dance it out!

I forgot how much I loved dancing until I went to my cousin's wedding on saturday where we danced the night away! My cousins and my dad are really good swing dancers, so each of them gave me a run for my money and put my dancing skills to the test! It was so much fun and although it left me out of breath and made my arms sore the next day it was well worth it! Go out and dance with some girlfriends this week or just dance by yourself to your favorite music. You won't regret it!
